• Preparation in the oven

It is easy to prepare tasty fish in the oven. Of course, you can vary with vegetables and side dishes.

  1. Defrost the fillet in its vacuum packaging in cold water.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Pat the fish dry with kitchen paper.
  4. Season it with ground pepper and salt.
  5. Put the fillet on baking paper on a baking tray or in a baking dish and add a tomato, some spring onion, a dash of oil, white wine, basil and a knob of butter, for example.

  6. Place the dish or tray in the oven and bake the fish for 20 minutes. Done!
