The fish fillet can go straight from the freezer into the oven or microwave. When frying the fillet, we recommend thawing in the refrigerator first or putting the vacuum packaging in cold water for approximately 20 minutes.
(pre-heat to 200°C, convection oven to 180°C): Wrap the fillet with a pat of butter in aluminum foil and heat for 20-22 minutes.
(with non-stick coating): Fry the thawed fillet in oil or butter for 2-3 minutes on each side.
(600W): Remove the vacuum packaging and put the fillet on a microwave-safe plate, cover with (microwave) foil and heat for 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
