It is easy to give your fish fillet a delicious crispy crust, both for easy frying and to give it an extra bite. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Defrost the fillet in its vacuum packaging in cold water.
  2. Pat the fish dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Season it with ground pepper and salt.
  4. Lightly dredge the fillet through the flour.

  6. Dredge the fillet through seasoned bread crumbs.

  7. Fry your breaded fish over medium heat on both sides until golden brown and done.
