• Frank’s tip: ‘Grill your fish’

Grilling is the ideal preparation method for firm fish such as salmon or tuna. Furthermore, the ridges of a grill pan also create nice brown lines on the fish.

When I grill fish, I always make sure my grill pan is red hot first. Only brush the fish with a little oil. Do not turn the fish until it comes off the pan by itself.
