• Wild Alaska Salmon

Queens wild Alaska salmon is a salmon caught in a sustainable manner and you can taste it! The delicious fish meat is very firm and contains healthy Omega 3 fatty acids. The salmon tastes great of its own so it only needs frying or grilling. A little lemon will make this wild salmon a fresh dish that is ideal for every season.

Cooking method

The fish fillet can be prepared in the oven or microwave straight from the freezer. If you want to fry the fillet, we recommend that you defrost it in the refrigerator first and then pat it dry, or put the vacuum-packed fillet in cold water for approximately 20 minutes.

  • Oven

    (pre-heat to 200°C, convection oven to 180°C): wrap the fillet with a knob of butter in aluminium foil and heat for 20-22 minutes.

  • Frying pan

    (with non-stick coating): fry the thawed fillet in oil or butter for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.

  • Microwave

    (600 Watt): Remove the vacuum packaging and put the fillet on a microwave-safe plate, cover with (microwave-safe) plastic wrap and heat for 5 minutes. Let it stand for 1 minute.
