• Tilapia fillet natural

Tilapia is a delicious, exotic fish with a mild taste and firm meat. Tilapia fillets have no bones, they are ready quickly and easy to combine. The fish suits every style of cuisine. Queens Tilapia fillet has been farmed in a responsible manner in Malaysia.

Cooking method

The fish fillet can be prepared in the oven or microwave straight from the freezer. If you want to fry the fillet, we recommend that you defrost it in the refrigerator first and then pat it dry, or put the vacuum-packed fillet in cold water for approximately 20 minutes.

  • Oven

    (pre-heat to 200°C, convection oven to 180°C): wrap the fillet with a knob of butter in aluminium foil and heat for 20-22 minutes.

  • Frying pan

    (with non-stick coating): fry the thawed fillet in oil or butter for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.

  • Microwave

    (600 Watt): Remove the vacuum packaging and put the fillet on a microwave-safe plate, cover with (microwave-safe) plastic wrap and heat for 5 minutes. Let it stand for 1 minute.
