• Steam fillet Salmon Parsley, Pepper & Lemon

Delicious Atlantic fillet of salmon with skin, seasoned with parsley, pepper and lemon. The fillets are individually packed and the special steam foil ensures that the fish remains lovely and tender. Preparing fish was never this easy!

Cooking method

Prepare in the microwave straight from the freezer. Delicious with potatoes and a salad.

  • Oven

    (pre-heat to 200°C, convection oven to 180°C): Take the fish fillet from the packaging, place it in aluminium foil and heat in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

  • Microwave

    Straight from the freezer in the microwave. Remove the paper sleeve. Do NOT pierce. 4.5 minutes at 600 Watts, 4 minutes at 700 Watts or 3.5 minutes at 800 Watts (1 minute shorter when thawed). Foil puffs up. Steam is automatically released from the packaging. Let it stand for 1 minute before removing the foil. Please note: every microwave is different.
