You can cook directly from the freezer.
(pre-heat to 220°C, convection oven to 200°C): place the fillet on baking paper on the baking sheet and heat for 20-22 minutes.
(with non-stick coating): heat the oil or butter in the frying pan and fry the fillets over a moderate heat for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Turn the fillets regularly during frying.
