You can cook directly from the freezer.
(pre-heat to 220°C, convection oven to 200°C): Put the bites on a baking tray lined with baking paper in the middle of the oven and heat for 15-17 minutes.
(with non-stick coating): Fry the bites in oil or butter on medium heat for 7-9 minutes. Turn them regularly.
(200°C): Put the bites seperate from each other in the air-fryer and heat for 10-12 minutes.
(175°C): Heat the bites for 5-6 minutes.
