• Oven Baked Fish Spring Onion & Pepper

A delicious combination of white fish fillet and a topping with onion and pepper.

Cooking method

You can cook directly from the freezer.

  • Oven

    (pre heat 220C) Place the oven backed fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper in the middle of the oven and heat for 18-20 minutes.

Ingredients

Alaska pollack fillet (fish) (74%), spring onion (10,5%), wheat flour, vegetable oil (sunflower), butter, salt, mustard seeds, vinegar, paprika powder, black pepper (0,04%), turmeric, sugar, cayenne pepper (0,01%), dextrose, yeast.
